THE MALAYSIAN RESERVE. 27TH MAY: LBS Bina Group Bhd received the Malaysian Book of Records (MBoR) recognition for its achievement in creating the largest number of model houses in its sales gallery in Malaysia.
The group achieved this feat by displaying 13 model houses in two sales galleries, namely KITA@Cybersouth and LBS Alam Perdana, with a cost value of RM14.8 million and RM16.4 million respectively.
The sales gallery built by the property developer is designed to provide a conducive environment for potential home buyers to view different types of houses.
KITA@Cybersouth sales gallery, with a total built-up area of 34,783 sq ft, managed to house eight example houses by showcasing different types of houses, namely KITA Mekar Two-storey Terrace House, Town House, both lower and upper units, Single Storey Terrace, KITA Ria Jenis Apartment A and Type B, Idaman BSP and KITA Sejati.
Meanwhile, the LBS Alam Perdana Sales Gallery, with a total built-up area of 18,273 sq ft, houses five model houses in one sales gallery, namely Ritma Perdana Town House, on both ground and upper floors; Double Storey Terrace, Melodi Perdana and Idaman Perdana.
The MBoR certificate awarding ceremony was held at the KITA@ Cybersouth sales gallery and was graced with the presence of the Minister of Housing and Local Government Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican and also witnessed by MBoR COO Christopher Wong and LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lim said that the decision to display various types of model houses under one sales gallery was made after taking into account the needs of customers to see different projects at one time.
He said finding a dream home can be a very tiring process for homebuyers, especially those who are interested in looking at different home criteria or concepts.
“As a people’s property developer, our goal is to focus not only on the homes that are built but also include services before and after the purchase is made. Therefore, the idea of placing various types of model houses under one roof is to realise the needs of our customers.
“This initiative also allows prospective homebuyers to view different projects at any time without having to worry about weather conditions. LBS Bina will continue this concept in future sales galleries as it is proven to help us achieve our goal of helping homebuyers while increasing efficiency and sustainability.
“We hope to continue to build a space where the community can see the value. We strive to innovate, grow and be proud to call this space a dream home,” he said.
He added with a life-sized model of the housing units, customers would have a better understanding of the product and its features.
He assured that the design and size of the model house had the same dimensions and almost no difference compared to the actual house offered to the buyer.
“Besides that, the model house is also equipped with modern furniture and interior decoration to give ideas to potential buyers.
“With a comfortable interior space, prospective buyers will also feel safe when they visit our model home,” he said.
Previously, the property developer was listed for the first time in the MBoR in 2020 through the BSP21 project, which won the “Most Number of Facilities in Residential Development” award in Malaysia with a total of 103 facilities.
