THE MALAYSIAN RESERVE. 4TH JULY: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s H.O.M.E (Home Ownership Made Easy) is addressing homebuyers’ down-payment, loan and monthly instalment concerns.
Mah Sing founder and group MD Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the HOC is proven to support homebuyers in purchasing properties and encouraged the sale of properties.
“We are well aware that ours are the right products for the market, due to the good take-up rates for our affordable M Series properties. However, that is insufficient.
Running until Sept 30, 2022, the campaign is in line with the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia’s calls for the extension of the government’s Home Ownership Campaign (HOC).
“Supported by the continuous economic recovery, we believe there will also be pent-up demand for affordable properties in strategic locations with good accessibility and ready amenities,” he said in a statement today.
He added that Mah Sing is confident that the H.O.M.E campaign will provide more sales impetus for its products and is on track to achieve its RM2 billion new property sales target for 2022.
In addition, the H.O.M.E campaign is well-designed to address specific home buyer pain points and offers home buyers zero down-payment, free stamp duty, easier loan approval and lower monthly instalment.
Moreover, with a healthy balance sheet and strong vacant possession pipeline, Mah Sing is actively looking for land acquisition with the announcement of M Minori. In 2021, Mah Sing successfully acquired three new lands including Phase 1 of M Senyum in Salak Tinggi (comprising 262 units of double-storey link homes which were 100% taken up during its launch in May), M Astra in Setapak and M Nova in Kepong which are both open for registration of interest.
The H.O.M.E campaign encompasses 13 participating projects, including 10 in Klang Valley, one in Pasir Gudang, Johor, and two in Penang.
