“We are thrilled to top off the hotel building as it marks an important milestone in our goal of establishing the first Hyatt Place hotel in Malaysia. We are proud to have good partners in Siab Holdings, Malton, Pavilion Mall Bukit Jalil, Hyatt Hotels and MyDecor Sdn Bhd, as the teamwork shown by all partner companies has been instrumental in bringing us to this point where we witnessed the hotel building being topped off,” said Mygres Ceramiche managing director Datuk Vincent Lye during the topping-off ceremony.

This is where having an international hotel brand will help bring up the country’s tourism sector. With the Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Jalil opening next year, it will also provide a boost to properties in Bukit Jalil City, and property values within the development are anticipated to appreciate in the next three to five years,” said Lye.
