With prices starting from RM678,000, Banyan’s intermediate units comprise 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the corner units offer 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a favourable North-South orientation.
Banyan will also feature a 7ft tiled backyard that “can be easily converted into a wet kitchen or laundry area”. Meanwhile, a 10ft by 6ft front yard garden adjacent to the living room allows homeowners to “transform it into an inviting outdoor living space or a private garden oasis”.
“We are incredibly excited to introduce the last phase of terrace homes under our SEHati Collection. Banyan presents a remarkable opportunity, especially for aspiring young homeowners and upgraders seeking a new home within an affordable price range without compromising on innovation and sustainability with our Setia i-Home features,” said Koh Sooi Meng, divisional general manager.
First launched in 2013, Setia EcoHill stands on 673 acres of freehold land in Semenyih with a GDV of RM4 billion and is expected to be completed by 2026.
More than 10% of the sustainable township’s land area is dedicated to gardens, parks, lakes and ponds “to cultivate a sustainable ecosystem and sense of community among residents, as it aims to protect the existing ecosystem while providing its residents with a serene outdoor environment with their well-being in mind”, stated S P Setia.
Among the themed gardens at Setia EcoHill is the award-winning Setia EcoHill Park which received the Excellence Award for the Landscape Development Award of the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (MLAA) in 2017.
Setia EcoHill 2, which was launched in 2016 with a GDV of RM5 billion, is also one of S P Setia’s Eco-series townships in Semenyih. The township builds around its concept of ‘Three Wonders of Nature’, — the Wetlands, Woodlands and Highlands landscape profiles.
As one of S P Setia’s Eco-series townships, Setia EcoHill 2 reserves more than 80 acres of land for its green areas, of which are its eight themed gardens housing over 300 species of flora and fauna. More than 10,000 trees were also planted around the township to rehabilitate the environment.
The township is also home to Adventure Park, which was honoured Gold at the EdgePropILAM Malaysia’s Sustainable Landscape Award in 2020 and Honour for the Landscape Development Award at the MLAA in 2018.
Setia EcoHill residents are close to a variety of amenities at the Club360 clubhouse for recreational activities. The Setia EcoHill Walk commercial hub and Setia EcoHill Mall, which has Lulu Supermarket & Department Store as its anchor tenant, offer shoppers a diverse mix of F&B options, lifestyle outlets and services. Tenby International School and REAL Kids pre-school are located within the township.
